Joyce Sims Returns with New Single ‘Tonight’

Joyce Sims – the singer who created such hits as ‘Come Into My Life’ and ‘All and All’ – is set to return with her stunning new single ‘Tonight’.

Having signed a new management agreement with Mojona Ltd. on January 2013, Joyce Sims took the decision in early 2013 that she would record new material in the UK. A number of production companies were shortlisted and she selected those that she felt would best fit the sound that she was looking for.

In May 2013 Miss Sims arrived in the UK with the aim of co-writing and producing together with a hit team, needless to say that all musicians and writers were excited at this prospect. She went on to record material with the likes of Livingston Brown, Maxi Priest, Errol Reid (China Black), Matt Jam Lemont and Brian keys, Jay Picasso and MA. The initial promotional reel received superb feedback from radio partners and industry figures, leading Sims to taking the decision to release ‘Tonight’.

Sims’ first release since 2006, ‘Tonight’ sees the singer at her best. Weaving her soulful vocals and infectious hooks above a strong bass groove, ‘Tonight’ is a masterful composition. Already receiving widespread regional support from a range of radio stations, the single is set to put Joyce back on the map.

Miss Joyce Sims lays claim to a dedicated fan base in the UK, who have supported her for over 20 years. The single will certainly delight current fans whilst also opening Joyce’s music to a new market with the song’s contemporary edge.

Speaking of the single Joyce noted that; “Recording in the UK with co-writers and producers was an amazing experience. It challenged me both as a writer and as a recording artist. I’m excited about my new music, and new management deal. I’m truly humbled by all the love and support that I have received.”

Joyce Sims will be back in the UK in October 2013 ahead of her single release on October 21st.
